These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of doctorradius.com (the “Site”), operated by DoctorRadius (“DoctorRadius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About our services

DoctorRadius provides marketing services and patient-communication software for medical practices, including branding and websites, local SEO, paid advertising, social media, email and automation, and related tools. The Site itself is informational. Using the Site does not create a client relationship, and any paid engagement is governed by a separate written services agreement between you and DoctorRadius.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malware or harmful code.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means without our permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party services. We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse them. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Availability and no guarantee of results

We describe a model in which we work with a limited number of practices per specialty in a given area. Availability changes over time and is not reserved or guaranteed by your use of the Site. In addition, marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, budget, and how quickly you respond to opportunities. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, number of patients, revenue, or other result.
