DoctorRadius (“DoctorRadius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit doctorradius.com (the “Site”) or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
This policy covers information about visitors to our Site, such as practice owners and office managers who reach out to us. It does not cover patient data that we may process on behalf of a client practice under a separate services agreement. That information is addressed in the “Health information and HIPAA” section below.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit our contact form or otherwise reach out, we collect the details you choose to provide. This typically includes your name, practice name, medical specialty, city or ZIP code, email address, phone number, and any message you send. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to discuss whether we can work together.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we and our providers collect certain technical information automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. We use this to keep the Site secure, understand how it is used, and improve it.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them.
Health information and HIPAA
DoctorRadius is a marketing and technology provider for medical practices, not a healthcare provider. Our core marketing services do not involve patient health information. When a practice asks us to set up or connect patient-communication tools, such as a Voice AI receptionist, online scheduling, texting, or an EMR connection, those tools are provided by third-party platforms that maintain their own security and HIPAA compliance and process patient data under their own agreements.
If, in the course of setting up or supporting those integrations, our team needs to access information protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) on behalf of a covered entity, we do so under a Business Associate Agreement. That information is governed by that agreement rather than this website Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
